STRATEGIC PLANNING
THE BRIEF
Mayvin Global were engaged by Agentur to undertake a new Strategic Plan (2025-2027) for the annual Thailand Grand Festival organised by Northern Territory Thai Association (NTTA). The NTTA was provided funding by Northern Territory Major Events (NTMEC) to develop a new Strategic Plan.
THE OUTCOME
A Strategic Plan with five strategic pillars and actionable outcomes against each pillar devised.
Each pillar included key performance indicators (KPIs) that would support the NTTA to develop robust metrics for year-on-year growth.
In addition, the plan provided the NTTA with a clear vision, new opportunities to increase engagement and revenue and helped the association focus on financial sustainability. The Plan was presented by the NTTA to NTMEC for endorsement.
