THE BRIEF

The 2020 edition of Asia Pacific Incentives & Meetings Event (AIME) was held from 17-19 February in Melbourne. An annual tradeshow for the business events industry that attracts global and domestic buyers (event planners), looking for destinations and products for their business events. Buyers are from corporate companies, associations and NFP as well as government decision makers.

 

Mayvin Global were engaged to manage the representation of the destination and its business events products pre, during and post the tradeshow.

THE OUTCOME

Two days of 15 minute pre-scheduled appointments – meeting with 39 qualified buyers.

 

A number of qualified outcomes were generated for business event suppliers and the destination, including famil opportunities, quotes and destination information.
